Return & Exchange Policy

Candles: Due to the nature of our products, used products may not be returned. 

All returned items must be unused and in its original packaging.

MAC Inspirations does not provide pre-paid return labels. The Buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return items to us.

Products that have been damaged in transit, we will replace them. Please send us a message that includes your order number, photo and a description of your complaint within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to get to us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
